Welcome! I am Candice, a Certified ICF/CPD Somatic Trauma-Trained Coach. With a deep passion for healing and transformation, I've dedicated my post-military career to various holistic modalities, specializing in mindset, energetics, and somatics.

Drawing from my own journey of overcoming childhood and military trauma, I'm committed to inspiring others to use their past as a guidepost for transformative growth.

Through my resources, educational and coaching programs, I aim to empower individuals providing them with the tools to embrace their own journeys.

ABOUT ME

I love connecting with clients of all kinds as it offers me the opportunity to grow in how I coach and offer support. However, as a retired navy nurse I feel drawn towards my military and veteran community.

I know first hand the life demands, austere work environments, long deployments, and other challenges that are faced while not only serving but the adjustment and transition afterwards. I want to be able to help you navigate all these challenges and do it in a way that doesn’t bring on more stress and overwhelm.

If you are a member of active or retired military community and are curious about options to work with me - please reach out. I reserve scholarship and sliding scale spots, and hold a safe space for working through these issues together.
