Module 2 | Unmasking (29 minutes)
Unmasking gently supports you in noticing the roles and protections you’ve learned to wear, while building the internal safety needed to show up more fully as yourself. Through reflective journaling and nervous-system-safe affirmation practices, authenticity is invited to emerge naturally without force.
Module 3 | Save Myself (36 minutes)
Save Myself supports you in releasing the longing for external rescue and reclaiming your inner authority. Through reflective journaling and embodied affirmation practices, this session invites you into personal agency with compassion, clarity, and grounded strength.
Module 4 | Self-Sabotage (29 minutes)
Self-Sabotage invites a compassionate shift from self-betrayal to self-trust. Through embodied mirror practices and affirmations centered on SELF, this session supports you in interrupting old patterns and choosing yourself slowly, safely, and with intention.
Module 5 | Unfiltered (9 minutes)
Unfiltered invites you to reclaim your voice and express your truth without shrinking or self-abandonment. Through reflective journaling and embodied affirmation practices, this session supports authentic self-expression rooted in safety, clarity, and self-trust carried into everyday life.
Module 6A | Self-Abandonment
A gentle exploration of the subtle ways we disconnect from ourselves, often in the name of productivity, approval, or staying “on.” This session supports compassionate awareness and restoring self-connection without judgment or self-blame.
Module 6B | Nervous System Q&As
A recorded Q&A offering grounded guidance around common experiences during embodiment and identity shifts, including energy cycles, self-doubt, and learning how to slow down and rest without guilt.
