A leader in the wholistic health and wellness industry I am desiring to step into an opportunity that goes well beyond me. It goes well beyond you. As someone who knows deep to my core the struggles of growing up in a 'broken' home, I have worked through many of the wounds that have left me feeling inadequate, debilitated with grief, shame and guilt and beliefs of feeling unlovable, not enough and too much.
Reflecting on these events in my life, I have realized they were all seeds planted well before I ever knew better and with each event in my life that happened, they seemed to water these seeds growing a ginormous garden and an ever deeper connection to them.
This special project will be transformational to those that show up and apply what I am teaching and demonstrating. You can shift in a way that changes the trajectory of your life ... your kids life, and generations to come. Think global impact!

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt completing 70+ process improvement projects with effective change and marked improvement.
- Command lead for Quality, Patient Safety and Joint Commission Accreditation receiving best joint commission survey in the region.
- Six years applying all this into developing top command, award-winning process improvement projects 3 years in a row that would later on become standards.
- Masters Degree focused heavily on research and evidence-based practice.
All this to say I am beyond qualified to lead and support you all during this 6-week period while also embodying the work myself. I am really excited to introduce this special project to just 10 of you.
Why 10?
- I want close proximity to support you in the in-between.
- I want an intimate setting where we can go deep.
- I want you to have time to integrate and ask questions.
- I want to be able to commit to my vision of how I see this.
We will start off by an introduction call to allow myself to explain the process over the course of the 6-weeks. From there, we will meet weekly at a designated time based upon selectees time zones (will do my best to accommodate everyone). Each week you will integrate and embody the material to the best of your ability and provide feedback to myself through a provided link. Upon concluding our 6-weeks together, having applied, integrated and embodied the work we cover together, you will have pivoted in a multitude of ways.
